Meatless Chicken Fried Rice
Restaurant style fried rice you can make with or without your favorite protein
  • 2 cups white rice, cold
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup diced frozen carrots and peas, thawed
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • soy sauce
  • Gardein meatless Chick'n
  1. In a very hot skillet or on a hot grill, melt half of the butter and add half of the vegetable oil.
  2. Cook the eggs, breaking the yolks.
  3. Add veggies and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add rice and cook until a nice golden color.
  5. Add garlic and soy sauce, cooking for another 30-60 seconds.
  6. Prepare chick'n strips according to package details and enjoy!
